Art saved my life. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1987. Over time, art became so challenging I had to give it up. How could I do art with tremors, numbness in my hands, and double blurred vision? This triggered a years-long depression. After searching, I found Path With Art. PWA gave me the skills and confidence to explore art mediums that I never dreamed of and I became their Disability Advocate. Art is part of my cognitive, physical, and mental therapy. I strive to do a little bit of art every day. If I do, I feel better.
